Zhonghe Huaxing is a subsidiary company of China Nuclear Industry Huaxing Construction Company Limited (“China Nuclear Huaxing”), which in turn is controlled by China Nuclear Engineering Group Corporation (“China Nuclear Engineering”) a leading enterprise of nuclear power construction in China and abroad, and well-known construction company with supreme qualification for housing construction and a military enterprise group with rich experience of military engineering.

CRCC Malaysia Berhad, a subsidiary of China Railway Construction Corporation Ltd which is an ultra large construction enterprise that has a history of 65 years and is now a mega size construction corporation under the administration of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of China (SASAC). They are in the business of project contracting, survey design consultation, industrial manufacturing, real estate development, logistics, trade of goods and materials as well as capital operations.

JULIAN LIM​

Project Director

Areas of Expertise: High Rise, Mixed Development & Residential.

Julian has more than 20 years of working experience in construction industry which includes oversee projects from inception to completion, such as managing consultant team from pre- contract till post-contract and monitoring the main contractor till vacant possession. He also has two (2) years of construction experience in Middle East, especially in Iran and Dubai. Prior to joining VESB, he was the Executive Director in Tropika Group.

Julian holds a Diploma in building technology from Tunku Abdul Rahman College and Master Degree in Construction Management from University of Bath, England. In addition, he is also the Member of Chartered Institute of Building United Kingdom.

LAWRENCE HENG​

Project Director

Areas of Expertise: High Rise, Mixed Development & Residential.

Lawrence Heng is the Project Director (PD) of Vivocom Enterprise Sdn Bhd. He has almost 20 years of working experience in managing projects that include, building and civil works, tendering, contracting and costing. Prior to joining VESB, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Baxtium Construction Sdn Bhd.

Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil & Environmental) and Master of Science (Structural Engineering) – from UPM. He also holds a Master of Business and currently pursuing Doctor of Business Administration from University of Newcastle, Australia. In addition, he is also the Member of Institute of Engineers Malaysia. Lawrence is also a Member of Technological Association of Malaysia.

RAYMOND SEAH

Areas of Expertise: Infrastructure, Bridges, Environmental and Mass & Light Rapid Transport.

Raymond has almost 30 years of experience overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar construction, infrastructure and environmental projects for government and private-sector clients.

DATO NOR MOHD AMIN SHAHARUDIN

Areas of Expertise: Project Management & Control (“PMC”).

Dato Nor Mohd Amin has close to 30 years of working experience in managing projects that include building and civil works, tendering, contracting and costing. He has been in position of Senior Manager since 2001 with total contract value of approximately RM6.3 billion.

Prior to joining VESB, he was the former Director of Construction for Maju Holdings Construction Division where he reported to the Group CEO on high level matters of the Construction Division.

CHOO SENG CHOON​

Executive Director

Seng Choon has more than 20 years of professional and commercial experience with multi-discipline skills that includes operational management, risk management, corporate governance, business process re-engineering, financial and process due diligence, and audits.

During his career, Seng Choon has worked in various capacities ranging Consultant to Advisor of a wide range of multinational and public listed conglomerates operating in varied industries, including aviation, construction, property development, timber, media and entertainment, hotel & golf club management, e-commerce, manufacturing, trading, services, expressway and toll operations, general insurance, and oil and gas exploration.

Seng Choon was actively involved in assisting investment banks in assessing the risk management and internal control systems of companies going for Initial Public Offering on Bursa Malaysia and other capital markets within Asia Pacific

He has assisted in the development of a national airline carrier that provides “no frill” services and won “The World’s Best Low Cost Carrier Award” by Skytrax for 7 consecutive years. Besides this, he also served an international non-governmental organisation of the Australian government in monitoring its development programmes and funds utilisation at the various developing countries within the Asia Pacific region.

Seng Choon has been on the Board of Directors of Vivocom Intl Holdings Berhad since 2012. In addition, he also sits on the Board of Directors of several public and private limited companies.

Prior to Vivocom, Seng Choon has previously served as an adviser in the office of another public listed conglomerate where he is responsible for the strategic planning, corporate finance restructuring and risk assessments of the group of companies.

About Us

Vivocom Enterprise Sdn Bhd (VESB) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 21st June 2012 as a private limited company. VESB is principally involved in civil engineering and construction. Over the years, we have evolved to be a successful turnkey contractor.

VESB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Neata Aluminium (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“Neata”). In January 2015, Vivocom Intl Holdings Berhad, a listed company on Bursa Malaysia, acquired 35% of Neata and completed the acquisition of a further 43.6% in Neata in November 2015.

Since its inception, VESB has successfully completed several mediums to large scale construction projects nationwide, amongst others, construction of hospitals, government administrative centers, airports, condominium and mixed developments.

VESB holds a Grade 7 License from the Construction Industry Development Board (‘CIDB”) of Malaysia, which allows the Group to tender for projects of unlimited values in the categories of building, and infrastructure works.
